Yes, demos can be arranged based on site survey if the site will suite the batteries we have on offer.
Due to us not being a financial institution, we cannot supply financing, however we can supply operating leases and short and long term rentals.
This can be done on a test observation. If a lead acid battery is completely dead we can offer a scrap selling discount, where we will pay you and discard of your batteries in a safe and environmental manner.
Yes, we offer PMA/service contracts on a monthly basis as well as service other brand lead acid and chargers.
We have technicians and after-hour support to make sure we can support your operations and reduce down time.
We supply parts for all the brands we supply and if needed get parts for other products to make sure we can support.
Yes, we have both 0-12 month short term contracts and long term contract up to 72 months.
We supply handover training on new batteries sold to new customers. We can also offer refresher training for customers who have new operators.
We try and support your needs and modify if needed. However this could take longer with R&D to make sure we don’t just supply something with no testing.
On Lead acid, it takes between 5-10 days from order with building a tank if needed. On lithium this is between 6-8 weeks from order and will change due to much larger order over 20 units. Chargers we supply with the battery lead time.
Yes we do to the main metro’s as we have branches in the locations. We can from there deliver to smaller areas.
We can assist with the installation of the chargers and if we are needed to supply from the power point, this we can do as an additional service offering.
On the lead acid batteries we offer a full 12 month warranty and there after a pro rata warranty for 3 years. The chargers we have a 2-year warranty and the lithium batteries we have a 5 year pro-rata warranty.
N/A, however on lead acid the battery should be serviced every month and topped up. The charger based on sites, however a standard is every three months. Lithium we service once a year on a health inspection check.
